I haven't blogged in ages, forgive me, I am super busy and have not had the chance.
The last three days have been really good.
I've actually been really enjoying my university experience in the hind-side.

Yeah so Uni is good right? There are so many cool places! far out I find somewhere new every day.
Today I realized there was a drinking fountain IN the library like IN the wall OMG so cool.
Lol far out.
I kinda do like hanging with random people from uni
and studying by myself in the library is like my new fav thing omg.
So much more freedom. I can go anywhere I want after uni, any extra trips I make are free anyways.
You can be late, crash classes, wear whatever, do whatever. It's actually really chill. I think I need to be less negative and just EMBRACE it.

so yeah the only thing I REALLY don't like about uni is the pre labs and stuff that they don't help you out with, which is a fair bit but that is life!!

Monday was long, as always, science lecture, ran across campus for biol lecture. Managed to avoid Mr X for the first two lectures. but he found me for the third lecture cuz we were still in the UQ center for chem.  Dayum.
So 1 hour break, chilled with mark, ran into Michael.  Michael had to go after a bit so me and Mark sat outside for a while just judging people based on their clothes. Ran into JOYCE, i have not seen her in forever!!  We caught up before I had to run off to prac.  This other guy ran into us but I forgot his name and I don't like his attitude much so watevs. =) Prac!!!

So biol prac goes from 1 till 4.  We got our prelabs checked off, then we played around with pipettes for about half an hour. It was so much fun we just made circles and laughed at the retarded ones, then we started doing different colour ones and stuff. Ben is so mean omg. If he wasn't crippled I would have pwned him.  We contaminated an agar plate. hehe Then we got a work sheet to complete which no one understood. the video our tutor was going to show us didn't work so he tried to explain it.

Yes.  He tried, but completely failed. He was at my part of the desk so john, zoe, american girl, girl opposite zoe, ben next to her and other asian guy next to him [tbc] were all listening/watching his explanations.  Then we'd be like "ohh so it's like this?" Then he'd be like "er.. no." *re explains for 5 mins* *everyone's still confused and asks if it's supposed to be this and he's like "um... not quite..." LOL he's so bad at explaining. He eventually stopped when we all just started nodding. Epic fail. 

Then ben and tbc found the video on youtube so everyone crowded around their mac LOL.  It helped a bit.  Managed to complete the work sheet, we had to compare answers and change things so many times though LOL but the girl opposite zoe is really smart, I like her, she's also really nice. John found the vid on our mac later.  Then he went outside to eat LOL.  Figured out all the answers cuz we asked so much that our tutor ended up showing us the answers. I wish I Wish I WISH chemistry was like that.

Anyways since I saw Ben's answers I knew TBC and ben had mixed their answers up - probs tried to work in out the wrong way. I went over and explained it to them.  TBC was a bit confused and asked me about another section when I was doing my dna pipette stuff so I quickly explained it to him.  Did I mention that he's tall and slim and really good looking? Yeah, well, now you know. Omg he was like "thank you thank you" and then did a little bow, I almost died. Omg  he's so adorable.  No one has ever bowed to me before hehe.  I'm still trying to figure out his name and where he's from. TBC stands for TO BE CONFIRMED baha.

Biol prac ended and I actually made it to my scie1000 tutorial on time.  Tute was really good, i actually understood how to work out the content. I was also sitting next to clara and asian dude(duno his name).  = good company.  I really like the new tutor - he's really great at teaching.
scie 1000 is probably harder than chemistry though. it's srsly so hard..

Anyways python lab as usual Was freaking freeeeeeeeeezing.
= = I always turn into an icicle when I'm in there.
Finished up, went to bus stop, caught bus, ended up sitting next to katelyn and harriet was just further down. haha. Mum picked me up from garbo! went grocery shopping and bought a bag full of chocolate. that was my exhausting day. starting at 9 and finishing at 6 really takes it out of you. By the time you get home it's 7, you eat and it's 8, you shower and its 9.  You start work and its 10. then you're like WTH i want to sleep. Besides my tuesdays start at 8am = 6:20am rise and shine.

Slept at like 1am so I had like 5 hours of sleep.
WAS SO TIRED> got up and got ready really fast cuz I had research participation for psyc.  Found the place and was 10 mins early *sparkles* then I had to wait half an hour before we started *fail for not being late.*  We had to stick three nodes on ourselves. One on your breast bone[chest].  One on your abdomen just above your belly button and one on your rib cage under your left arm just below the bra haha.  Then we got hooked up to little machine things that shows your heart rate OMG it was so cool. The experiment was kinda fun, you just bs'ed typing emails pretending you were a manager LOL.  3 credit points out of 6 YAY.

We were only supposed to remove the sticky things when we got home cuz there was a jelly sticky substance in them.  Eeww..  Omg they freaking hurt when you take them off....
So went to library and studied for two hours during my two hour break until my tute.  (Y) library is so good omg. Tute was so so so boring.It was really funny. We're all giving small statements as contributions, then one guy launches in a fully detailed explanation and we're like "..." then one girl is like "Is this your major" he's like "yeah, what are you guys studying?" everyone on our table was like "bioscience, biomed, biotech, animal science, bla bla" noone was doing psyc as their major.
Anyways. --> We had to take a class photo = = gey.

had a one hour break. Found jaehoon, paul, natalie + other koreans.
nat split off cuz she hadn't completed her biol assignment LOL mine was due on Sunday.
Paul had to go to his prac, chilled with jaehoon for an hour, played with ipad. met up with anna half way through, went to lecture together. New lecturer is really weird/funny/weird. So weird.  He plays random music to wake us up and has really loud sound effects in case your mind is distracted.

On another note my dad is the worst cook in the world, He seriously burns water. He used to be way better at cooking. but srsly he just burns everything and cooks it anyways and thinks you can eat it after. NO YOU CANNOT EAT BURNT FOOD THAT TASTES BITTER> = = nice going dad.

Anyways he's cooking the same thing again and hopefully will not burn it, regardless I'm not going to eat it.

After lecture I ran into Kira, Nimish and Sharon, Chatted for like 5 mins and then they had to go to a lecture haha.  So after that bussed home, mum picked me up.
Got home, showered, ate everything.  Started chem study, then it was like 2am and I was like WHAT THE HELL, cuz on wednesday i have a 8am start again. Why is my life like this. honestly.
Slept for like however many hours. I honestly dont remember things well when I dont have enough sleep.
Woke up so late omg. I usually have 1.5 hours to wake up, get ready, have breakfast, get to garbo and bus to UQ right? Some days I still end up being late.  I woke up at like 7:05 today and my mums like WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU HAVE UNI IN AN HOUR. i was like OMG *Falls out of bed.

Just chillin with things I bought on ebay.

I managed to fly through everything and get to uni on time, early actually! my bus was really good, it caught up with the other 169.  Finally caught the fast bus for a once!
Lecture was... Really... Boring. Everyone was like *sleeps*
i was literally holding my head up. I'm going to re-attend the same lecture by a different lecturer tomorrow cuz I don't think my lecturer is that great. I let my self doze through the boring bits cuz I'm going again tmrw lol. After lecture I had to walk the whole freaking way across campus to get to my stupid scie1000 lecture.   Biol finished early so I was actually on time. Met up my mates. Fairly interesting lecture, only a bit sleepy at that point. Then had to migrate once again to another side of campus. UQ WHY ARE YOU SO BIG :( Hawken for chem lecture. It was pretty good. the other stream has a way better lecturer than I do :( WHY!!
It was all organic chem. It's pretty much what i did for half a year in chem for grade 12 but in 1 hour...

Went to the library after my lectures after ditching the other two and running into jason. Then ran into Jim. Of course. He's like "ADI! Help me find my building" I'm like "..." *it's week 4...*
He's like "Ive never gone before so I don't know where it is?"
I'm like "oh I see... What's it called"
he spouts out some random name LOL Then i'm like do you have a map, he holds out his iphone, LOL JIM.... The map he was looking at only had names of main lecture theatres FAIL!
Anyways he used a different app to show me the location. Lucky I do psyc cuz it was opp my psyc building, so i pointed him in the right direction but of course he made my take him.

He has the worst sense of direction outa like everyone I've ever met, including myself. I'm like, go through the library, out the main door then go left and it should just be down the street. *Assuming he knows that he has to go downstairs to get to the main half of the library* *Jim walks to dead end of computer lab next to stairs and looks confused *face palm

Did my nails the other day.

LOL we found it pretty quick though.
He said he's text/call later so we could meet up when he found out I was staying to study.//
Went back to library and found a nice spot. Started studying then omg I finally put ear phones in and my phone was on silent and on my jumper so i totally missed his call ROFL. I figured he'd find some friends neways. I was in a totally silent library as well so I couldn't talk or call him back + i'm too lazy to text.  SO I'm sitting there studying and being a good girl instead of doing crap then OMFG, my phone randomly vibrates on the desk making the freakiest noise and I nearly fell of my chair from shock.  Then my heart was racing for like 10 mins and my hand was shaking so much I couldn't write. gehhhhyyy. Karma for not texting him back I guess. But since I was a good girl this really good looking guy sat next to me, heh. He looked like a model it kinda freaked me out.

Left after like 3 hours of study omg. was so tiredddddddddddd.
Ran into jaehoon and his korean friends. chatted for a bit then went to bus back home. Stupid bus times for 185 is gay. Went for some retail therapy. bought some shorts. caught bus home, =)
overall quite a productive day.  Got to study more. Tomorrow will be so stressful though,.
